A note from Amanda:

I believe in building a foundation of self-compassion with clients, encouraging them to talk, treat, and approach themselves as they would a loved one.

With my unique approach, I focus on being person-centered and eclectic, utilizing warmth, curiosity, humor, and a nonjudgmental stance. One of my goals is to help you reconnect with yourself, discontinue self-sabotaging behavior, and live the life you want.

My passion is helping clients break free of their negative self-talk and the confines of diet culture, encouraging them to treat themselves with kindness and compassion. I prioritize compassion as the foundation for healing and growth.

I believe that each person is unique, with their own set of challenges and strengths, and it is essential to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings and experiences.

With empathy and understanding, I work alongside you to uncover the root causes of your struggles, helping you gain clarity, develop coping skills, and foster self-compassion.

By integrating compassion into our work together, I aim to empower you to embrace your true self and navigate life's challenges with resilience and grace.

It is my compassion, energy, and creativity that help clients identify tools to make the changes that they wish to see in their lives.
