Healing Starts Here
Supporting Your Path to Healing and Growth
What We Do
At Compassion Tree Therapy, we understand that life can bring unexpected challenges, and reaching out for help is a brave first step.
We’re honored to take that step with you.
Our compassionate providers specialize in the following areas:
-
If you’re struggling with restrictive eating, overeating, or preoccupation with food, we provide support to help you regain control, ease food-related anxieties, and work to identify and address underlying issues.
-
Struggling with an unhealthy body image or body shame? Our team works to help build a positive sense of self and work towards enhancing self-acceptance.
-
Do you feel like you are stuck in the pain of the past? You don’t need to continue to bear your emotional overwhelm and exhaustion alone.
Our team is here to introduce strategies, tools, and techniques to help you process the root of the pain in order to help you reclaim the life you deserve.
We pride ourselves on providing trauma-informed care.
-
Are you consumed by worry and feel paralyzed by fears & stress?
Our team provides a safe, supportive space to explore the underlying causes of these feelings.
Using evidence-based techniques, mindfulness and grounding exercises, and relaxation strategies, we empower our clients to regain control and improve their overall well-being.
-
Are you tired of being caught up in the cycle of should?: “I should be happy. I should work harder. I should be the best and only the best. I should be grateful. I should be stronger. I should get over it.”
We provide support in lowering the volume on the inner critic voice and changing the personal narrative to one of recognition and celebration.
-
At Compassion Tree Therapy, we provide a safe, supportive space where you can begin to heal and rediscover hope.
We work with you through past experiences, current stressors, or patterns of thinking that keep you feeling stuck, helping you gain clarity and perspective on your experiences.
We’ll also explore coping strategies that can help you manage daily challenges.
Together, we can work toward a place where you feel lighter, more hopeful, and more connected to yourself and others.
